Clinigen has issued a strong update and said revenues for the year to end June will be £183.6m (+45% YoY) driven by organic growth and a two month contribution from the transformational £225m acquisition of IDIS. EBITDA is 20% ahead at £32.2m and split 50:50 between organic and acquisitive growth. Net debt stands at £78m.Integration of IDIS is proceeding to plan, with the £2.5m cost synergies identified at the time likely to be exceeded in due course.
