Remember when in February Staffline hit next year's forecasts a year early? Speaking to chief executive Andy Hogarth following this months interims I came away with the distinct feeling that this phenomenon is about to repeat again this year. It's not just the numbers themselves, which were obviously good (sales up 11% to £189.5m, pretax profit up 30% to £6.4m, eps up 30% to 22.2p and dps up 31% to 5p) but more the momentum within its two key businesses. For  instance, Staffline's Onsite business (sales of £341m in 2013), which supplies blue collar temporary workers, has expanded by 18 locations in the latest first half, against four in the first half last year and 15 in the whole of last year.
