Tikit has issued a trading update which said H1 sales are likely to be flat but profits are higher due to an improvement in mix/margin with a higher proportion of sales coming from the sale and support of Tikit owned software. We make this the third year when Tikit's H1 will show flat sales but better profit performance.To avail of the opportunity to grow the software side of its operations, it has also invested in marketing and sales resources in North America which should benefit H2. Cash generation remains strong and net cash is said to be â€œsignificantly higherâ€ than at this time last year. Await H1 results on 12 September. ...
