That is particularly unusual given that it has a background of past ownership by venture capitalists and that historically these types of businesses perform best with gearing given the impressive cash generative nature of their operations.The shares joined AIM in 2004 when it was the subject of an accelerated IPO by broker Numis, which bought the company and immediately floated it.
