The company is a TV home shopping retailer and operates three TV channels, Ideal World, Create & Craft and Ideal Vitality, together with associated websites, selling a diverse range of household, gardening and personal products.Ideal must look an unusual choice for Sharewatch given the continuing slowdown in consumer spending. But three-quarters of the company's growth is down to the success of Freeview, which is in the process of rolling out its free-to-air digital TV service to UK households by 2012.
