London's stock market now boasts a number of exciting growth stories in the solar sector including Renesola and Powerfilm, both of which we have featured before. Renesola (tipped in September) has risen six-fold since listing last September whilst Powerfilm (tipped in November) has tripled. This month’s new recommendation is China-based Jetion, a supplier of solar cells and modules, which the company sells to solar panel manufacturers. 2006 was a banner year for the company which with its single 25MW production line running for 12 months, reported sales of US$45m and a pretax profit of US$5m.
