The company has an easily understandable business; it owns and operates purpose built stores, each typically comprising between 30,000 and 75,000 sq ft which it divides into smaller units and rents to individuals and companies on a short-term 28-day rolling licence. Typically, this space may be used when moving house, building works at home or going through a divorce.
