After a brief flurry following release of results to 30 April, the share price was stuck back into the mud.  Turnover increased by 4% to ?28.1m. Profit before tax and goodwill was up 12% to ?3.3m and eps was up 8% to 2.8p (15% tax charge). Cashflow from operations was strong and after funding acquisitions, net debt, mostly dollar denominated, fell by ?1.7m to ?4.2m.
