Tremor - Confirms US listing for Q2 - strong buy

Helping the shares soar over the month was the 5th upgrade since September. It says the latest Q1 registered organic growth in the range of +71%-87% to net revenue of US$55-60m. Separately, Tremor has also started the process of listing its shares in the US in Q2. FOMO has begun kicking in as investors now see the closing of the huge discount versus US peers.Ahead of the US list, Tremor has adopted US GAAP. The only impact of the accounting change has been to present Tremor’s revenue excluding the Programmatic division’s media costs (US$193m in FY20). This left revenues up 12% at US$184m for FY20.
