Idox shot ahead after receiving three separate approaches from Dye & Durham, a provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions, at 67p, 70p and 75p a share on the 9th, 17th and 18th of February, respectively, before coming back as the bidder walked away. But discussions have resumed.Separately, Idox has sold its Compliance business for £9m cash. The division provides customers with e-learning platforms focused on supporting organisations to comply with compliance law and regulation.
