The picture for IDOX has brightened greatly with a trading update saying Q1 20 has seen a “significantly stronger financial performance with improved revenues and earnings compared to the same period last year:” For the year ended 31 October, it expects to report flattish sales of US$65.5m but the recurring revenue element has accelerated with a run rate of £39m, up 20%. The contracted software and services order book is up 29% to £12.1m. Net debt has fallen by 23% to £27.5m, so it looks like it’s out of the woods.
