CentralNic’s Q1 trading statement will be in line with expectations reflecting that the company has a subscription revenue model, sells mission-critical products and the cost of its individual products is low. The turnaround in trading at Team Internet anticipated by management at the time of its acquisition has borne fruit with Team Internet’s revenues from 1 January 2019 to 24 December 2019 being US$74m with adjusted EBITDA of US$12.3m and a strong exit growth rate.
