Bloomsbury says it’s unclear how its business might be affected by COVID-19. There has been some disruption to bookshops and academic institutions, which have had to close but e-books and audio books are likely to see more downloads.  A pre-close statement said the year to end February was in line with expectations.  The Consumer side delivered many bestsellers in the second half including Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Illustrated Edition, Sarah J. Maas' Crescent City and Tom Kerridge's Lose Weight & Get Fit.The Non-Consumer Academic and Professional division had a strong performance, with both revenue and margin growth.
