Full year results continued with the previous reporting structure of Vislink Communication Systems (the broadcast and surveillance bits) and Pebble Beach (the software side). Sales were down 7% to £57.8m. Adjusting for £3.3m of redundancy and rationalization costs, pretax profit came in at £4.5m, down from £7.1m. Adjusted eps was 3p, down from 4.1p. Net debt at the year end was £5.7m, up from £0.4m.All is not lost. Pebble Beach recorded sales 32% higher at £10.9m although it reported a same again profit of £3.3m due to increased investment in sales and marketing.
