Arrow has been marking time for the past few months, highly surprising given that it has just recorded a very strong set of results and also concluded the strongly eps enhancing acquisition of Capquest last October where the integration is progressing as per plan.Including Capquest and the organically acquired debt portfolios (+36% year on year at £138m), which included lumps in Portugal, Arrow ended the year with the total face value of its debt portfolios lifting sharply to £12.7 billion across 8.3 million customer accounts.
