It has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride for Tribal in the past few years. The company was built up in the earlier part of the last decade as an education outsourcing business before making forays into other areas, including healthcare and the public sector and then for the last two years has battled against the curbing of public sector spending. But under the leadership of chief executive Keith Evans and finance director Steve Breach the business is now barely half the size it was 18 months ago following the disposal of everything outside education.
