Photo-Me has issued a very brief trading update that said the positive trends seen in H1 have continued. A good performance in France and a   recovery in Japan means pretax profit in the first nine months has “shown improvement†on last year within the photobooth arm. The additional turnover on this vending business is going to see margins climb once more and Hardman forecasts margins of 13.5% for this year, which is a six year high.The manufacturing business remains in a “care and maintenance†mode. It is small in a group context and is operating at breakeven.Cash generation remains strong.
