The shares initially tumbled but then recovered after GGG said it was intending to launch a takeover offer for Australian-listed Bullabulling joint venture partner Auzex. GGG is tendering seven new shares for five Auzex shares. It already owns 8.5% of Auzex.  Considerable antipathy already exists between GGG and its partner. Auzex has been refusing to sign-off on GGG's cashflow requirements for the next 12 months, which in turn has delayed GGG's debut on the Australian exchange. At the same time the two companies have also been at odds to decide on exactly the pace and quantum of investment to take place at Bullabulling, with Auzex also having other mining developments to progress.  GGG has not signed up any irrev ...
