Ownership of data centres is likely to remain a big boom area, thanks to a convergence of factors: the world population is becoming more confident about shopping online, broadband has been rolled out bringing the internet within the reach of more customers, more services are being rolled out over the internet and customers are also increasingly using data hungry mobile applications. One company benefiting from this trend is CSF (CSFG; 63p), which owns three high end data centres in Malaysia.
