Normalised pretax profit after adjusting for exceptionals looks to have come in at £1m on sales up 46% to £13.9m. Earnings per share were 2.9p. Those numbers were helped by the acquisition of WMS which contributed sales of £3.6m and an operating contribution of £0.4m for seven months. The year saw strong growth in the Activebank retail banking product which increased sales to £5.9m after a move to a modular sales strategy of smaller licences whilst the IBIS wholesale product continued its secular decline in sales to £5.7m, albeit the rate of attrition was more modest.
