One of the best ways to make a great deal of money in the stock market is to find a company which is riding a really big trend. The Black Sea Property Fund (BKSA; 21p), which joined AIM last month, has been established to capitalise on the growing lifestyle trend to buy second homes and to own property abroad. Black Sea is targeting Bulgaria which unlike Portugal or Spain still has a relatively undeveloped property market yet has the attractions of being just 3.5 hours from London, some great beaches and average summer temperatures of 25C.
