ArmorGroup - 65% of sales in the bag

Tipped at 158p in January, shares in ArmorGroup, which supplies governments and corporates around the world with defensive protective security personnel and security training on a contract basis, went to successive new highs over the month. We met again with chief executive Jerry Hoffman and finance director David Seaton, following 2004 results and meeting notes are below. Results for 2004 had no real surprises from what we said in January. Turnover was up 92% to US$191m and operating profit before IPO related expenses was up five-fold, US$19.9m from US$3.8m.
