Shares in Bromley-based OneClickHR (6p) looks an attractive speculative bet at current levels. The company has just completed a placing of 48m  shares at 5p, which has raised £2.4m. Not a particularly nice situation for those already shareholders as it represented a mammoth 82% of the previous share capital but not too bad for those coming in now. As part of this process, it tidied up the balance sheet with £1.48m of loan notes also converted into equity at the same price. Established in 1996, OneClickHR’s main revenue  is from the sale of a range of off-the-shelf human resource (HR) and personnel software under the Vizual brand name.
