Having taken full ownership of its Australian distributor in November, Genus' breeding division has now moved squarely into the fastexpanding Australian market through the acquisition of RAB Australia, the second largest cattle breeding company for A$10m in cash.  RAB's turnover last year was A$5.5m with an operating profit of A$2m, from selling bull semen in the Australian wholesale market.    Ina pre-close note, broker, Seymour Pierce, forecast eps of 19.1p forthe year ended on 31 March with 22.8p for this year.  ProspectivePE is 6.6, with a 4.9% prospective yield.
