Results for the year to 31 January show sales down from £158m to £146m.  Operating profit before the £1.1m exceptionals, which related to redundancy charges and a former chief executive settlement, was £3.5m, down from £4.4m a year earlier. After the exceptionals, operating profit was £2.4m, and after interest charges of £0.5m, pretaxprofits fell from £2.6m to £1.9m. Pre-exceptional eps was 10.4p. Borrowings at the period end were £3.4m. MSB is predominantlyan IT contractor agency, placing both on the open market (spot basis)and on a preferred supplier basis.
